Recycled and Upcycled Stories
Lee-Ellen Marvin uses stories to explore the environmental impact of our clothes. What is the role of clothing in shaping our identities, and what's in our closets? What happens to our old clothes? What is the impact of "fast fashion" on our landfills and waters? She'll tell two traditional folktales, a World War II memoir, and anecdotes collected from her neighbors about reused clothing.
Transformations -- with Julia Ellis
Lee-Ellen and Julia Ellis tell original and traditional tales about magical and psychological transformations along with a bit of poetry and song.
For the Trees
This work-in-progress explores and mystery and science of trees through personal stories, mythology, and original material.
